Online Support Groups
If you don’t have access to a local support group in your area, you can participate in our online support groups no matter where you live!
**Due to a few technical issues with our website, and because of how successful our Facebook Chats have been, we have moved our online support group for now to Facebook!**
We hope our Facebook Chats can be a positive, open space where you can both give and receive support and encouragement, and learn from the experiences of others. We typically choose a topic ahead of time, however each chat is always open to any topics or questions you would like to discuss.
Mondays from 4-5pm (PST)
Wednesdays from 3-4pm (PST)
Sundays from 4-5pm PST and an online support group for family, friends, and caregivers from 5:30-6:30pm
How to Join:

- On the day and time of the chat, visit the Facebook Chat Tab off of our Facebook page, type in your name, and start chatting!
For now our online support groups will happen on Facebook instead of here on our website.
TO JOIN AN ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP:
Step 1: REGISTER
Currently, our support groups are Wednesdays and Sundays for patients, and Sunday’s for friends, family members and caregivers. Once you have registered on the site, you can join any of the upcoming sessions, but be sure to register to ensure that you receive reminder emails! After you register for the first time, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your username and password– you’ll need these to log into the chat later on! If you lose your password, or want to reset it, you can click here and click the link ‘Forgot Password’. You will then receive an email with steps to update your information.
Step 2: LOG-IN
On the day of the chat, log into the chat by clicking on the sign-in links to the right of this page or by clicking here. You can then log in with your username and password (email [email protected] if you have any trouble). You can attend any chat from now on just by logging in!
