It is our mission to educate the public and inform the medical community about lupus, push for earlier, life-saving diagnosis for those afflicted, and to spur governments and foundations to fund research toward a cure.
In early 2005, at 28 years of age, and just beginning to embark on what was a promising career as an opera singer, Molly was struck down by a series of life-threatening infections that would appear, disappear and then re-occur once more.
Molly's blog is a inside look at coping and living with lupus. Molly writes about topical issues that she is personally dealing with as she navigates the "ups and downs" of having lupus, and how it affects her daily life. Molly wants to share this blog with you to let you know you are not alone in your fight against this debilitating disease.
The community leaders that comprise the Molly's Fund Board of Directors, give generously of their time and talent, making possible the programs and services offered. We are grateful for their extraordinary commitment and are pleased to recognize them here.
One in Four Chronic Health mission is to be a voice for patients living with chronic health conditions. We do this through, education, advocacy, and policy at the local, state, and federal levels.
